A discussion of the proposed 29 Palms Band of Mission Indians Casino in Joshua Tree will be an official agenda item at the Joshua Tree Municipal Advisory Council meeting this Thursday, June 21, at 7pm, at the Joshua Tree Community Center (6171 Sunburst St Joshua Tree, CA 92252; 760/366-8415).

Concerned citizens, government representatives and proponents for the establishment of an Indian Casino in Joshua Tree will be present. Casino opponents will be seeking to have the MAC take an official stand against the casino proposal.

We will be there.
